I haven't posted in forever but I had to vent about how mad I am that this movie has been pushed back to July of 09!
They waited til we were under 100 days to tell everyone about this and even some of the tie in companies were unprepared for this! If I could get my hands on WB officials they would all be in extreme pain!
I almost teared up at the news of this being pushed back. It was the only thing this winter I had to look forward to. 
Now that I've had my adolescent rant...sigh... 

Hey - I'm so excited about my new blog I'm doing for a friend!
My friend is Dean Martin's son Ricci and he has this great show thats travelling the world with some great guys in it that I just happen to get to tag along most of the time! It's called Joanne's Travel Blog and I get to share some of my photos and experiences with them.

Seems like I've neglected my Live Journal account, but I haven't! I've just not had any time to write anything, but with winter settling in here in Michigan and not being able to do much more but go to work and back I've started thinking creatively again.
I know I've been talking about a Harry and Ginny story forever, but I am actually working on it and have 4 pages of notes on it. In the meantime I've been working on my memoirs of travelling around with the Beach Boys for 24 years.
I've been a bit distracted by reading all the award nominated Harry/Ginny stories on the hpgw pages..I so love reading Harry and Ginny stuff! Especially the smut...that's what happens when you get old I spose?
In fact I'm going back to read more! 

       I've put off long enough for a bit posting on this I suppose. I still have not come up with my story on Harry and Ginny..too much pressure with all the good stories out there floating about. Currently my favorite one being "Need"...great Harry and Ginny Sexual tension. So every time I think of something I find it being something I read similary. So I'm putting it on hold.

Back to real life however.
Next month I go on the road in Florida with Bobby for the "Dino" tour. Its a short one, only 5 days but after spending three months in winter hell here in MI, I'll be ready for a bit of warmer weather. Even tho I know January in Florida can sometimes be cold too! Been brushing up on my Dean Martin songs. Figure since i have to know where the video cuts in and out during the show, I better get with it. My mother would have been proud, lol...her oldest travelling around the country hanging out with Dean Martin's kid. Good grief, I can already hear her asking me if I would have been able to hook her up with him! lol...

Two weeks til the Order of the Phoenix DVD comes out. One more to add to my collection of movies I'll watch way too much!

hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving, and if I become unlazy enough to post again before Christmas, I'll wish everyone a Merry Christmas too!

I must have been bored and took the who are you like Quiz on the Harry Potter thing.

Cool I turned out to be like Ginny Weasley! Now if I could only get Harry....sigh...lol!

Just a quick note before I go to bed...my boyfriend is working with Dean Martin's son in his band...and they have a cool new deal with Capitol Records on the new Dean Martin cd...Forever Cool...possibly a tour. Wish them luck.

Just testing how to use different pics in the entries...nothing new since 10 mins ago when I wrote!

While I'm still attempting to write my Harry and Ginny story, with numerous pages going into the trash, I keep telling myself that I have to finish the project I have already started that I'm actually planning on publishing!
Although taking a short break from it hasn't hurt at all since its recently given me some motivation by trying to write this other story.
My publication is on the Beach Boys. Having spent most of my teenage years and early adult years around the band I have a wealth of stories. Not gossip, since I still count many as friends, but just the way life was at that time.
Nope, not the 60's either... since I was an unusual girl and unlike everyone else I went to school with found the Beach Boys cool. Its still unbelieveable to me that I spent from 1983 - 1990 planning my entire summers around their tours. It wasn't always fun, I've shed my share of tears, wanted to kick almost everyone of them at some point or just been plain embarrassed at one thing or another.
I doubt anyone is really reading my Live Journal, lol, but I may post some chapters on here in the future just for posterity!
I'll stop rambling for now since I'm at work trying to field phone calls while writing my entries. One day I will master this thing (Live Journal) so I can floof it up a bit.

Ok so I'm still trying to write a Harry/Ginny fanfic and am having the worst writers block!
Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, so I have  all weekend to play on the computer since my son is going away with his dad for the weekend! So I plan on reading Harry Potter Fan Fiction all weekend!
I've been getting so wrapped up in it for the last few days at work. I'm gonna get in trouble if I don't slow down..lol.
I'm sure I'm too old for HarryPotter Fan Fiction but I don't care...there's so many great ones out there!

I'm very very new to this Live Journal thing, so be patient with me.
I'm thinking it will take me a few days to get it up and going, in the meantime I'm attempting to write a Harry/Ginny Fanfic which would also be my first ever!
